Do you need support to keep going when motivation dips, to push past the discomfort when an exercise gets hard?

Following a complimentary consultation including a health check and goal setting, you will be provided with tailored fitness plans and person-centred one to one coaching.  

Setting individual goals,  you will be given ongoing support, encouragement and motivation to break through barriers and see real progress. 

 Available both indoors and outdoors.


Personal Training includes:

  • A tailored fitness plan to suit your needs

Cost per 1 hour session

  • 1 session £45 
  • 5 sessions £210
  • 10 sessions £410

Session venue

To ensure a tailored and effective training experience, I can be flexible with venue for personal training sessions. This can include:
  • My personal training space in Kingswells
  • A local park or outdoor space

  • Any other location that meets the necessary safety and space requirements
