Individual Training Sessions

One off training sessions, focused on you, planned to incorporate elements of each training method above and responding to your preferences.  

£30 per person

Buddy Training Sessions 

Training sessions planned for you and one other friend or family member, allowing you to support one another and build confidence and strength together.

£20 per person

Group Training Sessions

Personalised group sessions for those who prefer a more social workout environment, getting together with friends and having fun together.

£15 per person (3 - 4 max)


Session venue

  • My personal training space in Kingswells
  • A local park or outdoor space

  • Any other location that meets the necessary safety and space requirements
