Strong from the Core is a 12‑week hybrid programme designed for busy women who want to feel stronger, stand taller, and move with confidence. With a blend of video training sessions and structured weekly programming, you’ll build a powerful, stable core, develop toned, functional strength, and stay motivated through the support of a small, like‑minded group. Each month, a new cohort of no more than twelve women begins this journey together, combining expert coaching with accountability, community, and a flexible training approach that fits real life. If you’re ready to feel stronger from the inside out, this programme gives you the structure, support, and momentum to make it happen.
